ALL INCLUSIVE WINE TOUR - This is our most popular tour!

Your first stop is to the only champagne house on the East Coast of Australia; the Peterson Champagne House. The only winery in the Hunter Valley specialising in the production of premium sparkling wines made by traditional methodè champenoise.

Plus a quick look and a small sample of chocolate at the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company.

Morning tea is the ultimate indulgence, a feast of chocolate-coated strawberries, mud cake and lashings of cream at Australia's oldest vineyard, Wyndham Estate.

Emmas Cottage Vineyard is one of the smallest in the Hunter Valley area, but size doesn't matter when it comes to their wonderful wines. A must try here is their desert wine called "Perfect" and yes the name says it all.

We stop for lunch at BelPosto restaurant, located at Wandin Valley Winery. BelPosto Cafe'/Restaurant specialise in fine European food, French, Italian, Hungarian, Russian and Slovakian, and offer a constantly changing menu, based on the freshest regional produce.

While lunch is being prepared for you, take a stroll next door to Wandin Valley and sample some of their amazing wines. This is also a great place to buy Muscat and the opportunity to take photo's of kangaroos.

After lunch we will take you to either Gartelmanns, Coopers or another personal favourite Cappercaillie, you have to try their Muscato!!

If time allows a quick visit to Warraroong Estate who have just been awarded Top Gold medal for their 2005 Semillion! Congratulations guys!

You finish your day nibbling on a selection of local cheeses at Monahan Estate, who have some of the best Semillon's in the Hunter Valley, while soaking in the stunning views of the Broken Back Ranges and sipping a Hunter Valley Chardonnay.
